No. Existing plans help but are not required. You can upload photos, sketches, or a video walkthrough instead.
Yes. Services range from a single kitchen, bathroom, or room to an entire home, apartment, multifamily property, or commercial space.
Yes. Depending on the service, measurements can become a 2D floor plan, 3D floor plan, existing-condition drawing, elevation, or CAD file.
Yes. The quote form has a dedicated field for a YouTube or other shareable walkthrough link, which is useful when a video is too large to upload directly.
Turnaround depends on the size of the property and the requested services. An estimated completion timeframe is included with every quote.
On-site availability depends on location. Enter the property address on your request so availability and any travel requirements can be determined. Some projects can be completed remotely using your measurements, photos, plans, and video walkthrough.
No. Our measurement, floor-plan, CAD, and layout services are for planning, estimating, renovation coordination, ordering, and design reference. They do not replace drawings that must be prepared, stamped, or approved by a licensed architect, engineer, or surveyor where required.
